Did you know that that they say that the average person gains 7-10 lbs during the time period between Thanksgiving & New Year's? That translates to a lot of eating & drinking!
That brings to mind New Year's Resolutions...do you know the top two New Year's Resolutions?? According to USA Today they are not necessarily in this order: ;-)
#1. Lose weight (or Get in Shape)
#2. Get out of debt (or Make more money)
